I'm a brand new Mac owner and I'm brand new to editing digital video. I have the latest version of FCE.

I have put a chroma keyer effect onto a clip in my sequence. When I play THAT clip, the audio is not in sync with the video. In any clip that I haven't added the chroma keyer effect, the audio is still in sync.

Is this something I need to FIX or will it be fixed when the footage is rendered?

In my other video that I did the green screen effect on (in the same manner) I had no problem with the audio not being in sync.

Thanks!

Is this audio from an external source? Make sure it's 48KHz AIFF, and not mp3 or aac ( or anything else for that matter )
