Hey everyone, first post here so good to meet you!

Here's the scenario:
I work at a film company, and often am taking finished DVDs (starting with a video_ts file), importing them into FCE and either re-editing for length or adding a text layer to watermark the dvd. For example, taking our finished film trailer, and putting a client's name on it in a text layer so we can track it if it leaks, and re-burning it onto DVD. Quality loss is a bad thing here...

Here's the programs I have:
Cinematize v 2.05
VisualHub
Final Cut Express HD 3.5.1
iDVD 6
iMovie HD 6
Toast 8 Titanium
I'm running a Dual 2Ghz G5.

If you can suggest any settings on where to start, I would really appreciate it. I'm highly computer literate, so feel free to get technical! Just don't know the ropes of video editing yet.

Thanks in advance!
Dusty
