FCE HD Help! Urgent!

I am working on this project last night, when I was done I saved it, and this morning when I go back to work on it some more, my sequence is gone!! What can I do to fix this! Any help would be appreciated

Look in your browser window for the sequence. Look in your bins. If you don't find it go to your Autosave Vault and open the most recent file.

Thank you! I found my last save in the vault! This is the second time my sequence has mysteriously disappeared. Its got to be something I'm doing wrong. BTW, I very new at FCE.
