Hi

I just finished a new project in FCE but forgot to change the easy setup options before starting. The project (and all clips) is 720p but the sequence is 1080i. When exporting, the .mov is blurry. If I drag the clips to a new sequence, the aspect/size is distorted.

How can I change the sequence to 720p?

Many thanks
:)

have your current sequence in place
select all of the timeline and copy
create new sequence with easy setup as you want (right click sequence & change)
paste new timeline into that

OR

right click sequence and choose settings
change to 1080i or what ever you want.

copy and paste the clips into a new sequence, select all of the clips, right click on a selected clip, choose Remove Attributes, check Basic Motion (and possibly Distort as well), then hit Ok. When your clips are format A and you put them into a sequence that is format B Final Cut will automatically resize the clips to fit but it won't automatically 'un-resize' the clips if you then copy the clips from the format B sequence into a format A sequence.
