I have something unusual going on and have searched with no results so far. I have a project that was created in FCE 3.5 and exported to Quicktime Format. I also exported a few of the individual clips to the same format. When I create an iDVD project it plays the main sequenced export in widescreen but the clips in full screen. It will be played on a full screen TV so I would like it all to play full screen. What is unusual is that if I play both of them with Quicktime they appear to be the same size, it's only different once I import into iDVD.
The properties for both exported videos are the same (720x480). I did another test and created another sequence and exported that video with the same results. The sequence plays widescreen in iDVD. I'm pretty sure I'm missing something simple but I've yet to find it.
Any ideas?
BTW - The Sequence render preset is NTSC DV 48 KHz

As another test I took that exported sequence, imported it into iMovie and exported it. Once I did this I could import it into iDVD and it played full screen as expected.
