FCExpress and Logic Express Compatability question

i have looked but can’t find definitive info about the the absolute last OSX systems that will be compatible with my two legacy programs, Final Cut Express and Logic Express. I’m currently running those programs on a mid 2009 IMac 3.0 with 8 gigs of ram on Mavericks.

I have the El Capitan installer sitting in my applications folder but don’t want to pull the trigger if it means I’ll lose the ability to run FCExpress and logic Express.

Does anyone have a definitive answer on this?

Any help would be much appreciated.
