I have difficulties finding the right words for google to find my answer. So I thought I'll just ask it straight away.

When you have for example clip 1, clip 2 and clip 3 in your timeline and you wish to extend the time off clip 2 (so instead of 5 seconds 10 seconds). Normally I would grab the clips after clip 2 (pressing "t") and drag them to the right. Then extend clip 2 5 seconds, and the drag all the clips after clip 2 back.

But I guess there must be a better way. If there's a possibility to do this faster, what is it?

Ripple Tool (rr) will do what you want.

Chapter 4, page 701 in the FCP 7 manual will enlighten you about it.
