Why when I import an mp3 song into fcp 4.5 does it sound skippy. I rendered it also. Sound fx work fine but mp3 songs are terrible.

Yeah, you really need to be using an uncompressed format for editing. Use iTunes to convert it to AIFF first and you should be good.Espnetboy3 said:
Ok ive made the mp3 into a wav file and it plays just fine. I guess fcp doesnt work well with compressed media.
