FCP X vs iMovie 10

I am thinking of moving from iMovie 10 to Final Cut Pro X. I know that I will gain a lot of new features, but want to ask whether I will lose any features, any at all. Also, could you please highlight some features FCP X has that iMovie does not? I can't find a comprehensive list. Thanks!
