I have a mac pro (trash can). Connected to it via thunderbolt I have two separate raid units. Each of the raid units has an individual FCPX library on it.
The library on one of the raid units is running fine, but on the other it appears to have become sluggish and is acting strangely. Opening and playing projects is fine and snappy, but adding new media to a timeline is painfully slow. Dragging a jpeg onto a sequence can take 15- 20 seconds...
I have trashed FCPX preferences, but this has not helped. Neither has running repair disk permissions in disk utility.
