Is there a plugin for Final Cut Pro X that allows the creation of subtitles in the app, exportable to SRT (or other formats)? It seems like it'd be easier to keep the subtitle adjustments all within FCPX, rather than use a separate app to do the subtitles on an exported file.

Wirelessly posted (iPhone: Mozilla/5.0 (iPhone; CPU iPhone OS 5_0_1 like Mac OS X) AppleWebKit/534.46 (KHTML, like Gecko) Version/5.1 Mobile/9A405 Safari/7534.48.3)

Up !

The best app I know of for subtitles is Annotation Edit but it's close to €300. Subtitling in FCP 7 was a tedious job, and from what I see FCP X is no better...
