FCS 2 'color' issues

Trying to grade 25min Apple Pro res 422 (HQ) quicktime file in color and finding the cuts as appear in the color timeline are all out of sync with original cuts generated in FCP 6 by varying amounts of between 10 and 20 frames.

We have the quicktime and EDL's but are finding no obvious solution to the problem.

I had this problem until I upgraded to the latest version of Color. Check the version you have to make sure that software update didn't miss it.
