How feasible would it be for someone with minimal coding knowledge to develop an app that essentially records audio from a device that supports inter-app audio in a very basic daw-like scenario? Something like Audacity or audition just even more basic.
Bonus points on if it would be feasible to have it record the audio but also stream it along with video feed from the camera to something like facebook similar to how OBS can work on mac and PC. Even more bonus points to use an external camera connected to the phone/ipad via HDMI out on the camera.
