Mine:

  • Better camera with flush design (LinX technology)
  • OIS on the 4.7" model
  • Better battery life
  • 7000 Series Aluminum
  • Force Touch

All I care about is that they don't put two gigs of ram in it. My 6 runs perfectly on one gig.

3GB of RAM (When we finally get 2GB it will be the bare minimum so let's have more. We pay for it.)
Thinner bezels
A flush camera
Longer battery life
No infuriating operating system bugs
Better quality volume, power and mute buttons.

Do all of that and the iPhone will be a beast worthy of the premium price.

I have just two for consideration.

1) Doing a lot of multitasking 1GB is pathetic. 2 or preferably 3 like my other smartphones have is extremely useful. They are fast and they don't hang, stutter and crash like my otherwise very nice iPhone 6.

2) Please Apple... Sort the new phone out before shipping us a box of bugs. It's entirely possible, my new iPhone 5 and 5S were excellent.

One person who wouldn't want more ram so his device doesn't stutter or reload pages constantly.
That's the main thing I would look forward to. Is more ram.

Same here. If everything else remained the same; camera, processor, form factor, screen etc I would consider having more RAM and more RAM only to be a massive upgrade.

For everyone complaining about RAM, we really don't need 3GB! Needless to say it will have 2, but iOS is very good at managing memory anyway, and iOS 9 will build on that a lot. I assure you, there will be next to no complaints about 2GB on iOS 9. Hell, there isn't even complaints about the iPad Air 2 on iOS 8. I would be surprised if we even see complaints about 1GB on iOS 9.

- More raw power in specs to the 6S Plus than the 6S
- Better camera
- Improved battery life (mainly for the 6S)
- Landscape Mode to the 6S
- OIS to the 6S
- Black instead of Space Gray (unlikely but would be nice)
- Focus on smoothness and optimization for iOS 9 rather than feature set

My 6+ has chronically insufficient RAM and I'll take all I can get right now thanks. All this talk of iOS being very good at managing memory doesn't wash with me anymore. I used to buy into iOS not needing as much RAM as Android but that's just not the case now. My Android tablet with 1.5GB of RAM reloads apps and browser tabs wayyyy less than my 6+.
