I also noticed that in list view there is no longer a cursor drawn marquee to select and shift select files. Jag and os9 let you do this, but not in panther. I really dislike that.

Yeah thats an unfortunate feature in Mac OS X.3. I really hate that too!

I miss that feature too. I always forget you can't do it anymore and attempt to do a marquee select in list view. I end up accidently dragging folders into other folders.
