Hi,

I picked up a Feb 2011 Macbook Pro about 6 months ago and the system seemed entirely healthy with no issues.

However in the past week or so I have noticed a very slight flickering on the screen developing, mostly when viewing websites which have darker (blue or grey it seems) background. It is very slight and most other people wouldn't notice it.

I was just wondering if people had similar experiences with this model and if this might be a sign of a issue that's likely to get worse?

Thanks in advance.

Feb 2011 so I think thats early 2011 model.
I have the 17in but never noticed anything like that.

If it was used and not from Apple, it could be water damaged or simply a GPU problem.

I guess you are having this issue when using Google Chrome to browse websites.

It happens to me and my friends, too. So I think this is Chrome's issue, nothing related to our beloved Macbook Pro:D:D
