Just a quick poll out of curiousity. Which would you choose?

17" MacBook Pro MC725LL/A: $1736.78
-i7 2.2 GHz, Glossy

17" MacBook Pro MD036LL/A: $1888.28 ($151.50 Difference)
-i7 2.3 GHz, Anti-Glare

CPU and screen worth $151.50?

The CPU difference would go unnoticed in the real world, which leaves just a higher res screen that's not as annoying to use in bright background light. Only you can work out whether you want those extras.

screen is 110% worth it. cpu difference is unnoticeable. you'll appreciate the 0.5lb weight savings plus a much nicer screen!

Anti glare! Also the CPU is somewhat more powerful, since it has a larger L3 Cache. I think it's a 2820QM vs. a 2720QM, you can compare the features on the Intel website.

I'm surprised that the 2.3 GHz machine it is labelled as "MD...", I thought that this would indicate a late 2011 model...
