Fedex Customized Delivery?

How come I can't customize my delivery? I am sign up for this....

Tons of threads on this....but...anyway from my experience you are pretty much screwed if you want it on launch day you have to stay at home and wait for the fedex man.

you are screwed out of a customized delivery, its going to ship to the address on file anytime during the day. I tried to customize the delivery with my 5 and 6 and after calls and internet searches I found no solution.
