Carrier FedEx Delivery Options for AT&T

This is my first time ordering through AT&T and my 2 phones have shipped via FedEx.

When ordering through Apple, the shipping company wouldn't leave the phones unless someone was home or I left a signed release form on the door.

However, there isn't any information on the AT&T FedEx shipment to indicate whether they will leave the packages or if I need to sign a form if not home.

Does anyone know?

2 years ago, Fedex left my iPhone 6 at my front door. I assume they will do the same Friday with my 7. My Fedex tracking page says nothing about requiring a signature.
