Fedex held my MBP for 16hrs...

Seriously WTF?!...I could've had it already :mad:

Now I have to wait until Monday to get it or (hopefully) pick it up at a hub tomorrow.
 
The tracking info is often inaccurate. Don't worry, as soon as you have your MBP, you will forget all about it. :D
 
sometimes they run behind and just take it back to the depot and deliver the next day ... in your case it fell on a weekend

just bad luck
 
When was it actually supposed to arrive?

Sometimes they will let it sit so that they can move other packages due sooner, if your package is not due until later.

You're joking, right?

FedEx doesn't send a plane out just for your package. They wait for packages to arrive at the facility throughout the day and then send out one plane with all of the packages on it. This is how it's always worked. They're not trying to screw you over :rolleyes:
 
*sigh* Now its going to sit at a facility like 2 miles away for 2 days and they won't even let me pick it up :(

They don't deliver on weekends, and remember, tomorrow is a holiday so even if they normally did deliver on weekends, they wouldn't deliver tomorrow. It's just a laptop. You can wait another day.
