FedEx Home Delivery vs normal FedEx?

Got all excited as a FedEx Home Delivery van entered the cul-de-sac I live in only to see it stop at a neighbor and then drive off.

Chance the a regular FedEx truck may come by or if Home Delivery serves this area then the regular ones don't?
 
I called the FedEx RPD department and they confirmed (again) that it's out for delivery. I asked what service and they said via Express. I specifically asked about Home Delivery and they said that International deliveries do not come by Home Delivery. I guess I should still get it today.
