I had a package sent to me Next Day yesterday morning. It arrived at my city this morning.

I know that in order to get Saturday delivery, I have to specify with FedEX

But my question is....can I just go pick it up?

When I call FedEx, I can't get a straight answer. I have called them 4 times now and been told by 2 people that I "100% can" while 2 others said "I had to wait until Monday"

Anybody know exactly which is it?

Generally their distribution center's front desk isn't manned on the weekend so no. You may not be able to pick it up Try calling them and see if that's an option.

Hello, this is Fedex Lina. I am sorry for the inconvenience. Generally if the shipper marks the label for a Saturday service then yes the package is available for a Saturday service. I hope this clears up any confusion. May I suggest you call our customer service phone number 1 800 463 3339 for any additional assistance. Have a wonderful week!

Gotta love it. Call the idiots who couldn't help before.

FedEx pays people to browse internet forums and answer questions

Many companies today have people who monitor social networking sites and forums, etc. for their company name. I had 2 marketing interns at my last job both of whom spent 5-10 hours each a week searching for my company's name.

I might have a better feeling about this had you offered this yesterday. You're not doing your job that well.
