I have my 7 Plus confirmed with Sprint 128GB Matte Black Free customer service gesture because my Note 7 blew up. I was refunded fully and was offered any phone of my choice to stay with Sprint rep said Samsung is reimbursing them.
I had tracking confirmation etc. Now Either FedEx or UPS because Sprint was not sure which one was being used has Lost or the package Tracking number has gone dark.
Anyone else is this just the tip of the Iceberg ?
