I have my 7 Plus confirmed with Sprint 128GB Matte Black Free customer service gesture because my Note 7 blew up. I was refunded fully and was offered any phone of my choice to stay with Sprint rep said Samsung is reimbursing them.

I had tracking confirmation etc. Now Either FedEx or UPS because Sprint was not sure which one was being used has Lost or the package Tracking number has gone dark.

Anyone else is this just the tip of the Iceberg ?
 
It went rogue.
It's off the grid maybe it's like the NSA which intercepts products people order puts in tracking listening devices and repackages them perfectly so no one knows and thinks it's just new out of the box.?

Anyways Sprint is looking into it they say others are experiencing a similar outage.

High level Sprint rep I deal with not just the average 1 800 person did say ALOT of people Expecting 7 Plus units will be Upset they have less than originally expected.
 
Sounds like you have some bad luck. I don't have a tracking number yet but that's because I won't get my phone until 10/5. Do you have a pre-order number at least?
 
I wouldn't really panic until Thursday. And even then I wouldn't really panic until end of day Friday. Tracking numbers can and do so weird things sometimes. I ship a handful of packages a month (not incredibly huge volumes by any means) and I see strange tracking from time to time.

High level huh? They will continue to not be able to find your phone, your plan, your payments and bill will be all over the place but you will receive excellent customer service!

I assume you will be fine since last night you were talking about waiting in line at an apple store, so this "order" is probably not lost, or existent.

Ok so I need a 7 Plus Matte Black and I am pretty sure the best bet is an Apple Store but will they be Opening at 10 am normal open time or 12:00 Mighnight ?

I know some Sprint and Verizon Stores are opening Midnight. So I am not sure which is the Official Launch time.

Traditionally it's been at 10:am they don't do Mightnight Sales

Can't you just call sprint and they'll send you a new one?
