Does Fedex Re deliver it's a package coming to my dad office and the business is close will they come back Monday when it's open ?

Why do you think anything else would happen?
I think that Fedex home delivery will leave a package at a residence if no one is home, but would not ordinarily leave it at a known business, outside of normal business hours. They would not likely leave a package unattended at a business location - unless there exists a secure storage that Fedex would normally know about.

Your dad would know, or someone else who takes deliveries at the business would know. Why not ask at your dad's office?
Or, Fedex would know the answer for a local business. Call Fedex and ask them.
