Feedback noise from AirPods Pro 3

Tried different tips but I get bad feedback squawk when putting my left AirPod, and just adjusting it or touching the stem.
Right one is totally fine.
Get a low level sea sound hiss on left one.
ANC seems worse than Pro 2 I have - and worse at having Accessibility on to have ANC when using just one EarPod.
Is it a duff AirPod?

I seem to be experiencing similar issues. Loud feedback intermittently from both L + R earbuds. I’ve made sure the ear tips/mic/etc are clean. They’re obviously brand new so they haven’t even had much time to get clogged/dirty.

Just curious, do you hear feedback from the left AirPod when you blow your nose? I noticed similar squawk you mentioned. Especially when I blew my nose.
