Feedback on this sleeve!

Hey guys I have been reading through a lot of topics concerning hadcovers and sleeves.

I was browsing some shops when this one caught my eye:

my question is:
does anyone have experience with these kind of sleeves?
How well do they protect, does the absense of a zipper really hurt the "safe" feel?
