Feedback through calls

Hi,
When answering calls, i get feedback of myself back through the phone.

This only happens when i answer a call and the other person can hear me but i can't hear them at all. It lasts for a while and i have to hang up. If they ring back immediately it is usually right.

Really annoying though.
