It's pouring outside and there is a massive amount of lightning! Maybe Apple let them wait in the glass cube :)

Dude, he's a professional line waiter...look him up on wikipedia. Also, he was on my local news tonight. They asked him why he's waiting on line so long, and he started to recite what the iPhone does and couldn't get past iPod and Phone...

Sounds like he's definitely eBaying his.

Why? If he's willing to wait in line for that long then I think he definitely deserves to do whatever with his iPhone.
He's not in line for the iphone hes in line to be first in line and get all the press attn... im being serious about this...

I heard on the news a couple of hours ago that there were around a thousand people waiting outside.

No way. I drove by on Monday night and it was just the two guys. I heard earlier today there were 7 or so. Can anyone corroborate this?

So what if he's a professional line waiter... He's still a person. There's no reason for itsallinurhead's comment. I think this entire board is getting REALLY tense...

If he wants to wait almost 5 days for an iPhone, he deserves to sell it on eBay.

So what who cares? Just because he wants attention doesn't mean he deserves to get struck by lightning as itsallinurhead suggests.
