Feel Like an IDIOT re: redsn0w

SO..

I downloaded redsn0w and when i went to extract it it tells me "there is already a file with the same name as the folder you specified"
WTF?

i then went in the zip folder w/o extracting it to see what would happen and when i selected the ipsw is tells me the baseband isnt recognized.

i feel like a effn tool.. what simple thing do i need to do? thanks
