Feeler: Trading 15" Powerbook for Dual Core Mini

Hi all,

I've kicked around the idea of trading my 15 inch Powerbook G4 w/ combo drive for a core duo Mac Mini with superdrive. I was curious if you all thought this was a decent trade.

what are the specs on your powerbook? you can quite possibly sell the powerbook, and get a really souped up mini with the money.

The Specs are 15"in PowerBook 1.5 Gig, 1Gig Ram 80 Gig HD, Combo drive. no dead pixels have orinal box and discs.

I have the exact same powerbook. Now on ebay they're selling for about $1000. (especially if you have applecare still). You could sell it and buy a MacBook almost flat out. (might as well keep the portability) Don't you love Apple resale value?

Once I get a new job, I'm probably going to sell my powerbook and get a Mac Pro. $1000 off makes it only around $1500, which isn't that insane.
