feeling heptic feedback without any notification on my iPhone X.

Hi Guys,

I am using iPhone X since more than 3 years and from few days now, sometimes when I am using any app like Instagram, Facebook or any shopping site app, I feel short haptic, no new notification popup, no notification in notification center. Once in a day I feel that haptic. It's not like a vibration, but feels same haptic like the haptic feedback we get during unsuccessful face id unlock.
Anyone facing the same issue? I want to get rid of this issue.
