Feeling very appreciative of life tonight

I love my friends
I love my family
I love Apple
I love my job (though it doesn't pay me enough)
I am thankful MR is here to give us lovely Apple rumors, and the upcoming iPhone 5.
I love my Mac
I love my iPhone

Spread the happiness, what are you guys most appreciative of right now?
 
Good thread idea. I hope it catches on as having a grateful attitude is really an awesome character trait everyone should strive to develop.

Today I'm feeling grateful for my family. Before leaving the house this morning my youngest son (two years old) followed me to the front door and gave my leg a big hug with a "luv wou daddee, gimme kiss". Man, being a dad rocks! :D

Aww, that's so sweet!

I'm grateful for my family too, for putting up with all my idiosyncrasies. But hey - I repay them in excellent meals. :p

And my friends. Even from afar, they rock. :)
 
Getting my car back from the shop. I'm so happy I can return that Hertz tank I've been using and be back in my little go-fast machine. :D :cool:
 
Im happy I have 10 more days of vacation left, go back to work for a week, then have another five days off because my boss is closing the store so he can take his family on a vacation.
 
I'm appreciative for a positive thread for once!

Work is really kicking off, got some publishers lined up too.
Hopefully I'll be starting a post-grad course next month.
and AND The new Futurama series has just been tremendous.
 
Weekend, off longboarding with some friends I haven't seen in a while!

Also got the Google API working on a project I'm working on.
 
Thankful that I'm away from my workmates for a couple days.

Thankful that I have a family to spend the weekend with.

Thankful for the remaining dram of Talisker I saved all week for right now. Hey, it's the little things in life you treasure. :)

Thankful I found Camera+ on sale earlier this week before spending the Big Bucks on it. :p

Thankful for Demonoid. Yeah, I know, I'm gonna burn...

Thankful for my mental abilities - to design and learn. I designed two promotional covers in as many weeks and neither needed major changes before press, and I've only recently started actually making sense of German after being into it for over a year. o_O

Thankful for Bavarian sugar cookies. And wristwatches.

I'm thankful for quite a lot of things, but at the moment I'm most thankful for Skype, so I can still talk to my girlfriend despite her now being in Spain.

I gained some appreciation for life after being hit by a car and coming away with little more than a sore ankle. Picking myself up off the pavement, not having broken any bones or hit my head, I had a moment of adrenaline-influenced clarity, where suddenly I appreciated every little thing, from the sound of the sidewalk under my feet to the feel of a pen in my hand or a kiss from a girl. Refreshing, and life affirming. I don't recommend you try it.
