I picked up a felt iPhone 5 sleeve on Etsy and received it today. Cost was only $15 and $4 for shipping from Israel with tracking, which wasn't bad at all and took a little over a week.
This is a basic felt sleeve for the iPhone 5, and it comes in gray and any other color you can want (red blue green lime green orange pink purple black yellow etc). I went for the nice green.
My initial impression is that the sleeve is as expected. Nice quality, well made. Good packaging with a personal thank you sticky which was a nice touch from the seller.
The sleeve is quite snug, but after the phone being in and out a few times and innthere for a few hours, it's more comfortable but zero chance of sliding out. From the pics you can see that the length is perfect, just an eight of an inch or so longer than the phone to give it a little protection. No inner seams rubbing against the phone which is nice. It's also quite sturdy and the multiple layers of foam make for pretty stiff protection - I have no doubt the phone would survive a drop in this sleeve.
It also has one pocket for cards/cash, which is also snug so you won't worry about losing your stuff. I figure you can get 1-2 cards in there and a few paper bills, which is just right for a quick night out. I also like that the pocket is deep enough you can almost put the entire card/cash inside so they aren't hanging halfway out and prone to fall out.
Overall really happy with it and the price was fair, will definitely use this all summer when on the go so I can leave my wallet home.
