Fetch doesn’t work on my gmail accounts, regardless or frequency I set. I’ve removed the accounts and added them back. No change.

anyone else having this issue? How to fix?

I use Edison Email App and does the same thing. I've looked at reviews alot of people are affected by this. I was going to download the Gmail app, and looked at the reviews and a lot of the gmail users are also experiencing the same issue.

I've emailed the Edison Email support team and they are well aware of this issue and is currently working on fixing it. I believe it's the iOS 13 that is causing this issue becuase my ipad pro when on 12.4.1, Edison Email worked, but when I update the the iPad PRo to the new iPad OS, then my e-mails are not getting pushed.

I haven’t noticed any problems with email, but iCloud downloads keep slowing down or stopping for some reason. It’s been over a week, and I’ve still got over 7,000 photos (out of 18,000) left to go. Sometimes, it resumes on its own after a while, but I’ve had to restart the phone twice because it was stalled completely for over 12 hours.

I thought your email was relating to Mean Girls. That's So Fetch!

Ugh. I guess glad to know I’m not alone but sorry to hear this is a pervasive issue. I was kinda hoping for a user error issue on my part where someone says just click this button and it’s fixed. Seems like a pretty major issue and across 3rd party apps as well. I’ll try gmail app which has gotten better over time. Maybe a reasonable solution until this is hopefully fixed soon.
