Fetching the local system up-time - Need help with this

Hi everyone.

I was running mainmenu on my mac today. When i looked at the log i noticed a line that said:

Local System status:
11:50 up 40 mins, 1 user, load averages: (some numbers)

I was wondering if anyone could tell me how i can get the 'up-time' of my computer. (At any time)
Is there a command-line command for this?

I found it myself already.

If anyone wants to know there actually is a command line for this: uptime. Obvious, i know
