Hi.

I'm going to Australia tomorrow and I just want to know how I work out the data usage. I know it's £6 per MB, however do I add up the sent and received data to get my usage or is it just the received or sent....

Also, does anyone know how much it costs to text people and ring landlines on o2 iPhone contract when in Australia?.

Cheers.

I just returned from Italy with my iPhone. My understanding on the data is in and out counts towards usage. I turned data roaming off and left it that way.
Any call you make works against your minutes. In Italy, text messages are 50 cents each with AT&T. Also, remember that visual voicemail uses data, so I was told to check it the old fashioned way, press and hold the number "1". (still works against your minutes)

Hope this helps.
