Few questions about Jailbreak tweaks

1. Is there a tweak on Cydia that I can install that will preserve the order of the icons even when the screen orientation changes? So it's something like 5x4 no matter which way I hold it, rather than 6x4 and 4x6.

2. Is there a tweak that will remove Videos.app and integrate it into the iPod app? I hate having 2 apps.

I think yes to number one and pretty sure to number 2 as well. Both are yes on the iPhone.
