I am still rocking the 30GB Video Ipod and decided I need an upgrade. I am thinking of the 32 GB 3G Itouch

Is it possible to have constant Wi-Fi when you have your Itouch?

I have a Verizon Dare (with internet), but it does not have GPS capability, and I don't want to pay the extra for VZNavigator; does the Itouch have Google Maps for directions and GPS capability?

Thanks for your help.

Nothing has "constant" wi-fi. You have to be in range of a source. And the ipod touch doesn't have GPS. For everything you want, you'd have to get an iPhone.

The iPod touch does not have GPS standard. With the iGPS360 module and free xGPS software, it is possible to get fully-functional GPS on a jailbroken iPod touch.

Constant Wifi is possible only if you get something like Mifi.

Thanks! Those features aren't that important to me anyways. Just want to know everything I am getting when I make the purchase.
