I have a new Apple Watch 3 I think. Not sure how to exactly tell. My sister had it and when visiting she gave it to me still in the box. So yesterday I set it up using my phone. I haven’t really worn it yet.

I have a titanium Breitling that is my daily driver of a watch. I love it and don’t think I can ever just go full tech. My main reason for the Apple Watch is for when I go running. I’d like to ditch the phone in my hand if I could.

Question 1) is there a way to delete all the apps that kinda came with the watch that I don’t want? I don’t need it to show me stock prices, recordings, etc. I’d really like to basically make it blank slate so I could put Runkeeper, Spotify, and maybe a golf GPS app and another GPS app for when I paddle board.

2) can I put my Spotify music onto it? I pay for Spotify premium. In the past I knew it wasn’t supported so I never got the watch but now I believe it is but I can’t do figure out if I’m able
To put music on it or not. If I could then that would be amazing but if not then I guess I’ll just stick it back in the drawer.

As far as I can tell, the apps that are listed between "Privacy" and where it says "Installed on Apple Watch" are stock apps and cannot be removed. Only the apps under "Installed on Apple Watch" can be removed from the watch.

Thanks for the info. Real bummer though it’s like old android where there’s too much junk on here.
