few questions from new rMBP owner

i was looking into Applecare or square trade for a warranty. does anyone have any tips on which ones are better? or which one is better or if you have any other suggestions?

Also what is everyones opinion on the jet drive like 330? is there a better deal or a better storage upgrade solution?

SquareTrade covers accidents, AppleCare doesn't.

I have never used either, so I can't comment on the quality of the services themselves.
