Few questions to ask about Mac OS X

Hello there,
I'm new in this forum and I wanted to buy MAC OS X.
Before purchase, I want to ask "How Mac OS X handle Input and Output calls" and "How Mac OS X perform Memory Management" ?

Whole books can be written about this.
OSx is mostly *NIX with a GUI over it.

The questions you ask are far too broad to be answered without qualification as to what level of expertise you have and what level of detail you are looking for.

You need a Mac to run OSx within the EULA anyway.
