Just a few general things.
If you have a glossy screen like me, you are bound to get fingerprints on it. I found that the best way to clean it is to just use a fine microfiber cloth and wipe till the smudges are gone. I wouldn't recommend using and liquid cleaner as it will likely streak.
Second is I read about a few people having issues with Ethernet toggling on and off by itself. If you go to Network preferences, you can Deactivate the services. Click whichever one you want on the list then hit the little gear icon on the bottom and there should be an option to Deactivate service. This might also save battery, I'm not sure 100%. I did it for my Ethernet and Firewire.
The option is called "Make Service Inactive"
