FFS - Still can't change TV / Movie artwork on NAS!

I can't change my TV / Movie artwork when my iTunes media resides on my NAS. I can while on the local drive and it worked fine in Mountain Lion, but not on my MyBook Live?

Anyone else see this? As soon as you change, it just reverts back to original!

Any ideas, recreating library does not work? Also the latest 11.1.2 update does not fix it either.

I have been looking everywhere and can't find anything on this. I have tried all the options for the things I did find (resize the image, let the video play until it stutters then add the art work...)

Yeah, it is really flipping annoying! I cannot find a solution anywhere.

I just changed mine.. But I'm not changing it in iTunes though.

Changed artwork, does not show any change in iTunes.
I get Info, look at Artwork, it shows the new artwork. Click OK. iTunes updates.

My entire iTunes library is on an external firewire Raid.
