Well the title says it all, she went in and deleted the entire music folder under Finder. She an ipod (old nano), which will replace much of the music. Her main concern is that her tv shows are gone for good, and that the purchases cannot be downloaded again. I have tried to find something on this, but came up empty handed. Thanks in advance for your help fellas!

If the tv shows and such are still on one of her iPods, she can use Senuti to get it back. This worked well for me, but I only had songs.

under store in the menu bar select check for purchases... and it will download your purchased files back, but make sure and back them up after that as i think you can only download them back one time

Well she is on a macbook with 60 gigs, and she thought these were some stray files and it turns out that they weren't.

Thanks spine, I guess she will have to wait until the morning. Thanks for your help all.

I will tell her to be more careful.

Email iTunes Store customer support and they will re-post all of your purchased items to your iTunes account. If you have used this option already, they won't be able to.

You have to mention that the files have been moved into the trash and deleted, otherwise they will tell you to search your hard drive.

Yeah she once said, I have never deleted anything that I didn't want to, Time machine is a waste. She is looking at external hard drives now, even before leopard. :)
