Im looking for a free and easy way to veiw and access files on my mac, remotely from my iPhone/iTouch

I dont mind if it has to be over the same Wi-Fi network, i simply want a way to veiw my mac's files, from my iPhone

Any way I can do this for free? Any app that does this that I havent found? Please me know
