File Convertor (To Output To .wmv)

Hi Chaps,

Just had a call at work, a chap here creates his movies in iMovie and then saves/exports them, he then uploads them to an online file convertor and converts them to .wmv and sticks them on a USB stick then in the TV at reception.

Now he's hitting troubles of online conversions are limited to 300mb, is there any nice easy UI software that has no limits and is free?
