File doesn't show up in Spotlight

There is nothing in the privacy settings that is restricting this.



I have a file named finance.xls

I type in finance.xls in spotlight and it doesn't show the file
I type in .xls and it shows all excel files other than the specified file
I type in finance and it doesn't show

I've tried renaming it, and it still doesn't show.



HELP

Okay I just solved my own problem..

If anyone is interested, make a copy of the original and the copy will show in spotlight.
