Been trying out a trial version of Macdrive to see if it works correctly but I'm getting an error. After copying an exe file from one external hard drive (WD 500GB NTFS) to another (Samsung 2TB HFS), it gives an error after trying to run it:
"The specified path does not exist. Please check path, and then try again."
I'm not sure why the exe file isn't working because I tried an msi file and it installed perfectly after it was copied in the same place. The exe file ran fine before the copy.
Can an exe file be ran from the Time Machine backup drive from Windows?
Edit: After moving the file from the 2TB drive to the Windows partition it seems to run. I guess you can't run exe files from there...?
