Hello All,

I work in the design field and have a question about an icon I have never seen before. It is an Adobe Illustrator file that I am able to open, but instead of an "AI" orange icon next to the file name, there is a grey mesh trash can....any ideas, don't want to lose the file obviously.

Thanks for the help
