I have 16k songs in my iTunes library. Everything is meticulously organized w/ Album Art, composers & producers and BPM. A few weeks back I ran Dave's 'Super Remove Dead Songs' Script but the task did not complete and now I'm left with an iTunes full of exclamation points. Also I've noticed that I have songs that are in 3 different locations on my computer. Is their anyway I can fix this without losing over 100 playlists and play count info and locating each and every file thats missing?

I have a Time Machine Backup, and I've tried restoring some of the files but that's not working either.
